Shipping & Delivery
Zaree delivers to every city and town across Pakistan. Here is everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.
1. Order processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Cash on Delivery orders: our team will call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order before dispatch. Please keep your phone reachable; orders we cannot confirm within 48 hours may be cancelled.
- Bank transfer orders are dispatched once your payment has been verified, usually within one working day of receiving your receipt.
- Confirmed orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 working days.
2. Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates from the day of dispatch. During sales, launches, public holidays or bad weather, deliveries may take a little longer.
3. Shipping charges
- A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 applies to each order anywhere in Pakistan.
- Enjoy free shipping on orders of PKR 5,000 or more.
- The exact shipping amount is always shown in your bag and at checkout before you place your order.
4. Cash on Delivery
Pay in cash to the courier rider when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready. As per courier policy, parcels cannot be opened before payment; if there is any issue with your order after opening, just contact us and we will make it right under our exchange policy.
5. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp. You can also message us at +92 300 0000000 with your order number for a live update at any time.
6. Failed or refused deliveries
The courier will attempt delivery up to two times. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unreachable phone number or refusal, it will be returned to us. Refused Cash on Delivery orders may affect your ability to place future COD orders.
7. International orders
We currently ship within Pakistan only. For international orders, please contact us at huzaima@gmail.com and our team will try to help.
